This is a late viking era sword / early medieval sword from circa 10th -11th century. This type of swords with cruciform style cross guard were popular during the early crusader era.

This sword is suitable for display, light fencing and cutting exercises. The blade is dull, but it can be sharpened. The sword is supplied with leather covered wooden scabbard.
